He is the Medical Director of Labaid Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Centre. His job is to interact with the heads of departments and understand the clinical and business load and look at ways and means to improve patient care. He is responsible for laying down policies and processes for both clinical and support services. The responsibility to abide by the State and National regulatory bodies and updating compliance is his duty. Also he is responsible for adhering to International Accreditation Programs like JCI and CAP. He constantly follow up with existing structural requirements and future plans. During the same process, the Hospital is expected to collect data on key performing indicators and keep looking for opportunities of improvement. He has done an International Leadership Development program from Harvard Medical School and an Improvement Advisor Degree from IHI , Boston.

A.M.M Mohasin a dynamic HR professional with 16+ years of experience in different industries like NGO, MNCs, Hospitals. He has extensive knowledge in every function of Human Resources i.e. Throughout his career, he also worked with the world's largest NGOs, Hospital and many more. Mr. Mohasin holds an MBA in HRM from BRAC University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Chittagong. He has done lots of National and International certifications from Singapore & India)

Prof Brig Gen (Retd)) Md Mohibur Rahman, MBBS, FCPS, MMEd has been working in this hospital since its inception as Director Laboratory. He has long 27 yrs of experience in the field of pathology. He worked in different Military Hospitals including the Combined Military Hospital of Dhaka, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), and Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC). He obtained FCPS in Haematology from BCPS and MMEd (Masters in Medical Education) from CME, Dhaka. He also served the Multinational Forces in Liberia under the arrangement of the United Nations (UN). He underwent advanced training in Haematology in India & Germany. He participated in many workshops and seminars at home & abroad.
